The expertise and love for skiing stimulated Sideris Manolis to deal professionally with the resale of ski clothing and equipment, and founded the company Freerider in the shopping center of Nea Ionia "Ionia Center". But with time, the frequent lack of snow made it necessary to expand the commercial activities.
In April 2002, Freerider opened its doors for the first time to welcome the first customers.
2012 was a milestone year, the company FreeRider expands to resell products in related activities around the Mountain, Mountaineering and Hiking.
In 2014, the camping equipment is included in the collection.
In 2016 a new love was born, climbing. The passion was great, it was not long before it became the "trademark" of the company and the first steps towards dealing with wholesale, now retail, in the field of climbing is a fact.
In 2018 we moved to a larger store, at 36A Ifigenias Street, New Heraklion, where you can find us to this day.
